Our Gymnasium features the latest in cardio equipment as well as modern resistance machines and a comprehensive range of free weights. Why not try our express workout lanes which will give you a complete body workout in less than 30 minutes!

Our trained staff are here to meet your every need, and will personalise an exercise plan designed to fit your lifestyle. If you need that extra bit of encouragement, then we have three fully qualified personal trainers that can guide and motivate you to reach your goals.

Our shop caters for your equipment needs and serves fresh coffee, juice, and health shakes for after you workout. If there is anything we don't have, just let us know and we will get it in for you.

If Squash or Racquet ball is your game, then we have some of the best glass backed squash courts in the region. With classic wooden floors, freshly painted and maintained walls, and a dedicated viewing and social area, you will enjoy all the benefits that the game has to offer. Our squash competitions cater for all levels, from the social player through to juniors and the super competitive.

Most of all, our centre is a friendly, non-intimidating environment in which to workout and play. Our staff will always make you feel welcome and are here to answer all your questions and help with your fitness needs.

Mon - Fri 6am - 10 am, 10am - 11am: 'Ladies Only' Hour, 1pm - 2pm: The 'Experienced' hour (ages 49+), 2pm - 8pm
Sat 8am - 5pm & Sun 10am - 4pm
